Business sitting - I’m going in!

The last update was to say that I had my first business sitting gig lined up. This week it begins. The opportunity is within a vertical I know little about, but as I explored in the last post I don't think this matters...

So what does matter? Here is the framework I have developed as a preparatory tool - these are things that I believe matter, the details that need to be uncovered, and the plans that need to be made to ensure it's a safe and successful undertaking for all concerned.
