Business sitting experience:

  • Interim CEO for a GP practice that has been in business for 80 years, with 75+ employees. The role was a maternity leave cover that morphed into a consultancy gig - leading the design and change management of the practice’s new model of care.

  • Interim GM for a start-up going through a huge growth spurt. The focus has been growing the team, supporting the in-market products, and establishing tools and ways of working to accommodate scale, as the CEO focuses on business strategy, funding growth, and establishing the board.
