What is involved in me getting this set up for you?
Consultation with business leaders to understand current planning activities, high-level business goals, team structure, and leadership capability
Time with team and/or team leaders to understand culture and clarity around business goals
Embedding three key tools - OKR’s, Grow and Flow into the organisation - includes implementing the right platforms, rituals, and internal leadership to support the tools and overall program
Introducing the program to the organisation, with coaching and facilitation to ensure all feel excited, supported, and ready to step into these new ways of working
Estimated engagement time 4-8 weeks (depending on team size and availability of key stakeholders)
Additional services to ensure optimal results achieved:
1:1 support for the coaches (team leads)
Check-ins once a month until the new ways of working are fully embedded.
